I actually
really like this one. Again, it was sitting in my basket waiting for the day I would bring it back to life. I almost thought it would be hopeless because after looking at it more closely, it had some holes, tears, and unraveling. But due to some determination, I was able to fix it!
I find that it would probably be better for fall rather than summer. You can't really see in these pictures, but I'm wearing shorts under it. And in the colder weather I would wear it with leggings or skinny jeans I think. And some boots. But for picture sake (and I really wanted to wear it) I wore it like a dress, but with shorts! I don't have guts to usually show that much leg and for fear of showing things that nobody wants to see. But what the heck, I did it today!

Before: So I hemmed about a foot and a half, made the sleeves smaller, and took in a few inches on either side. Then I looked for all the holes left (thankfully were small), and stitched them. |
